Who are your mechanics? Our mechanics have many years of experience. We hire only professional mechanics who treat customers the same way we’d want to be treated. Quality, Honesty, Reliability and Friendly are our top priorities in our hiring process. If we’d be uncomfortable sending the mechanic to our relatives house, they don’t get hired.
Do you bring the parts? Once we determine the parts that are needed, we give you a choice. You can get the parts from a local auto parts store, we can pick them up for you, or you can order them online and we will come back once they’ve arrived. The choice is yours.
How is labor time calculated? Our mechanics are on the clock when they arrive at the location where the repair is to be done. If we have to pick up the parts for you, that is on the clock time. If you want to get the parts we can proceed with other aspects of the job or come back to you later that day (scheduling permitted) or a following day to install what you’ve purchased. We charge $69 per hour that we are on the clock plus a one time $20 per visit fee to pay for our mechanics gas/mileage costs since they are using their own vehicles.
Will my auto be fixed in one day? We do our best but it really all depends on a couple variables i.e. repairs needed, parts needed, time of day etc. In any case our goal is always to getting your job done as quickly as possible without sacrificing the quality of work being performed.
Do you do emergency roadside assistance? We are a mobile auto repair shop and do not have employees to make emergency calls as they are schedule in most cases, days in advance.

Are there drawbacks to using a mobile mechanic? Although we come to you is incredibly convenient, there are factors that could throw off the schedule and your flexibility may be necessary. In most cases we are able to fulfill or timelines and workload efficiently. Parts availability and coordinating our schedules with yours could cause a repair to be delayed, but we work hard at keeping to the schedule.
Do you do Motorcycles, Big RV's, or Boats? No, sorry. We stick to most makes and models of cars as well as light trucks.
How do I pay? We accept Visa and Mastercard. Sorry, no checks. The mechanic will collect payment on site.
What if I just need a simple oil change? Although we could perform the service, it is not cost effective for you as the products needed and time involved would cat you way more than going to the local Jiffy Lube or similar. We’re happy to change your oil if it’s part of another repair you need.
